The Loveland Arts Council is bringing the Kelly Miller Circus to Loveland!

The circus will roll into town on Friday, May 15th. Everyone is invited to come out and watch the animals being unloaded and fed, and the elephants raising the big top.

Activities will begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Loveland High Schoo, and the tent will be raised at 9:00 a.m. Guides will be furnished for school groups and anyone attending.

The traditional "old style" circus will present two performances at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Come out and enjoy a day of fun filled excitement at the circus.

Support The Loveland Arts Council and The Loveland Stage Company's Rebuild & Play On Fund by buying your tickets early. Both organizations will benefit more by advanced ticket sales, so buy your tickets prior to circus day to support these two all volunteer/non-profit organizations.

2009 Loveland Art Show Application

The 13th annual Loveland Art Show will be held in Nisbet park on Sunday, September 13th. The show will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. rain or shine. Applications for the show must be postmarked on or before May 1st, 2009.

The scholarship is open to any senior within the geographical Loveland City School District. Private school and home-schooled students are invited to apply. Applications must be received no later than April 22, 2009 to be considered for this year.

The greater Loveland Arts Council is in need of a new logo and/or tag line and we want to see what you can do. All artists, established or budding, are encouraged to send to us your original artwork. Winners will receive a one year membership in the Loveland Arts Council, $100 cash/gift certificate and of course, the ultimate bragging rights. Artwork should be sent by May 1st, 2009 to:
